SELF-THERAPY PROGRAMS

Our Mosaik self-therapy programs have been designed with three psychologists.

They guide you in taking care of your mental health, giving you all the necessary keys to better understand and manage your thoughts and emotions.

Our programs are based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), therapies recognized for their effectiveness against anxiety and depression.

Numerous scientific studies have shown the effectiveness of the breathing techniques that inspire Mosaiks relaxation sessions in combating anxiety.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Mosaik offers meditation and visualization sessions to regain control over your attention and reconnect with yourself.

Several themes are available depending on your current needs and desires.

GUIDED INTROSPECTION JOURNAL TO FEEL BETTER

Keeping a journal is one of the best ways to free your mind of harmful thoughts and stay on track with your goals.

Not sure what to write? No worries! Mosaik offers several hundred templates and questions tailored to your needs to guide you in your reflections.

The templates are inspired by CBT and ACT, therapies recognized for their effectiveness in soothing your mind, calming your anxiety, combating depression, having healthier relationships, developing your self-esteem, etc.
